Saw a license plate on my way into work, it was a breast cancer awareness plate...
It read "500cc"

I... don't get it. At all.

Your hint is that it's a measure of volume, and the other one would likely be 500cc, +/-50cc to correct any imbalance.

breast implants are measured in cc's
500cc's would be damned large implants.

Oooooh. I feel like this is something I should have known.

Dollars to donuts that's a survivor who had a reconstruction. Good on her, I say.

Yea, but, I feel like this would be like going to meet Lance Armstrong while wearing at-shirt that says "I have 2"

More like if the shirt said "Brought to you by Neuticles™."
But really, if you're going to have to have your chest cut open, anyway, and insurance is going to cover it, I can understand the go big or go home mentality. I don't think I'd go that route myself, but I understand it.

I think that at this point, Lance deserves it.
